This two-hour event teaches employees the best ways to prevent burnout so that they aren’t forced to take time off work to recover from it later.
It teaches individuals how to use yoga and therapy balls at their desk in order to help loosen muscle tension in their body and is interspersed with fifteen minutes of intensive back and neck massages for each employee. The skills learnt throughout the programme will help reduce physical tension, while also increasing productivity, work performance, concentration and creativity.
