Yin Yang Yoga brings together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses and dynamic sequences which include standing postures. In a nutshell, it blends two styles of yoga together, creating a practice perfect for starting your day.
Classes are held early morning, starting with Yin Yoga to calm the mind and work on the joins before your muscles begin to warm. They then move into Yang Vinyasa Flow which works the muscles and builds strength, stamina and flexibility.
