Whether it’s a day long rural retreat in Edinburgh, a weekend in Scotland or a sanctuary in Spain for a week, Esme’s customised yoga retreats cater for you and are perfect for groups of eight to twelve people. Learn to heal and balance yourself, deal with stress and anxiety, all while having a social life with the people you love most! Rossie Ochil House – Forgandenny, Perthshire, Scotland, PH2 9DH

Rossie Ochil House is a refurbished 17th– century house in the rolling hills of Perthshire that accommodates ten people. The house boasts a large, formal dining room; spacious living area; a spacious lounge with piano; a fully equipped traditional farmhouse kitchen; a games room; and free Wi-Fi!

 

MasQi, The Energy House – Sierra de Mariola S/N, 03450 Banyeres de Mariola, Alicante, Spain

MasQi is a stylishly remodelled farmhouse nestled away in the heart of the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park between Alicante and Valencia. Yoga retreats are held in a dome built on the edge of a forest giving you beauty, peace and luxury all in one.

What YOU Need to Bring

 

While Esme will provide the equipment for your yoga practices, a chef and possibly a masseuse, there are a few things you may want to bring for your own comfort throughout the retreat:

  • Yoga clothes and mat;
  • Walking gear (including trainers and a cap);
  • Swimming and sunbathing gear;
  • Sun cream and mosquito repellent; and
  • Any personal medication and other necessities.

Please note you are also required to organise transportation to and from the retreat.

Bach Flower Remedies

In the 1930s, the English homeopath, Edward Bach, realised that he could influence underlying emotional states by infusing spring water with wild flowers by either sun-steeping or boiling. They encouraged the body to heal and restore the balance between mind and body while casting out negative emotions. Each of his 38 remedies were tailored for a specific mental and emotional state, including anxiety, insomnia and stress.

Esme’s workshops teach you the basic properties of all 38 remedies, and how to make the right mixture to suit your need. She also teaches you how to use Bach’s remedies to help both yourself and your loved ones. You even get to take home free samples!
