Reiki Level II Training
Reiki is a Japanese technique. Made up of two words: Rei for higher power and ki for life force energy. The world in which we live is comprised of energies. When the energy flows uninterrupted, there is balance and harmony. It’s when your life force energy is low that you feel stressed or sick. Reiki is a ‘laying on hands’ technique that reduces stress and enhances relaxation to promote self healing. It’s considered so therapeutic that it’s often used as a complementary therapy for many illnesses including cancer and multiple sclerosis.
Reiki Level II
To attend Reiki Level II training, you must have a Reiki Level I certification.
The focus of Reiki Level II is to attune participants to a higher level of Reiki energy and have them practice Reiki on others while expanding on the opening of energy channels. The five Reiki symbols are also introduced, allowing a deeper connection to the universal energy.

- Reiki symbols and how to use them;
- Different methods of distant healing; and
