To help you navigate your way through the hard times and overcome stress, to deal with health concerns and give yourself a boost, to connect with your true self and be your best you. But her day-long retreats are more than that! They’re a special invitation to experience Vinyasa and Yin Yoga alongside other practices such as meditation, Pranayama, powerful visualisation techniques, and Myofascial release to help relieve your body of tension. Timetable 10am – Teas, supplied by Beetroot and Sauvage on arrival 10am to 12pm – Meditation, Pranayama and Vinyasa Yoga 12pm to 2pm – Plant based packed lunch, supplied by Beetroot and Sauvage 2pm to 4pm – Roll to Release, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra 4.15pm – Tea and cake before departure What to bring? Your yoga mat, blocks and belt (essential); A blanket for relaxation; A bottle of water; A bolster (if you have one); and Therapy balls or, if you haven't any, tennis balls.
