WHAT IS MYOFASCIA?

Think of myofascia as the scaffolding for your muscles. It’s the dense, tough tissue that surrounds and covers your muscles and bones. When you’re healthy, your fascia is relaxed and soft, stretching and moving without restriction. But when it’s unhealthy, it’s tight and restricted, creating tension all over your body – not just the one area.
