Carve out some 'ME TIME'
Yin Nidra unites two of the most powerful ways of relaxation:
Yin – the grounding, deep relaxation technique
Nidra – the conscious sleep
These sessions are designed to give you complete relaxation.
Asanas are held for longer periods of time, forcing you to slow down, and be still and present. The combination of the two will give you the chance to unwind fully, both in mind and body. It will leave you feeling as though you’ve had a massage while opening your awareness and putting you face-to-face with your thoughts, teaching you to deal with them one breath at a time.
Yin Nidra is the perfect counter to stress and stress-related issues.
These sessions also give me the opportunity to Reiki everyone in the class, as well as share empowering stories to remind you that you can face the world around you if you stand in your own power!

Next Dates
December’s focus will be the CALM BEFORE THE STORM – celebrating both Winter Solstice and preparing you for the Christmas period!

Focus
The focus of Yin Nidra is to:
- Gain flexibility on the outside
- Build strength on the inside
- Enter a zone of deep relaxation

What to Bring
You may wish to bring your own:
- Blankets
- Blocks and bolsters
- Extra layers of clothing
Unlike other forms of yoga, Yin Yoga – and therefore Yin Nidra – does not generate heat. You may find that you become rather cold afterwards. For this reason, we recommend coming with multiple layers of clothing.
